M9660 is a hinged thermal-break system that ensures quality and economical constructions for a plenty of typologies with outstanding performances and satisfying thermal insulation. Ideal for renovations, combining safety and functionality without requiring high investment costs.


Basic depth of system 56mm. Thermal insulation with fiberglass reinforced polyamides of 24mm width with Uf values from 1,8 up to 2,5 W/m2k. Glazing from 20 up to 47 mm and sash weight up to 130 Kg. Possibility to combine the system both with European or PVC groove hardware for a higher security level. Sound reduction Certified by IFT Rosenheim.



Supreme S77 system is Alumil’s latest proposal for advanced insulating hinged systems which meets the high standards of private and public buildings in Western Europe, combining the demanding levels of thermal insulation, watertightness and sound insulation. The system includes a wide range of profiles with modern flat shape, as well as with Alumil’s characteristic curved shape. Furthermore, it provides the choice of using concealed sash and concealed fittings for windows and doors and also, of making constructions with totally aligned sash and frame profiles internally and externally for the entrance doors. It is the ideal solution for any kind of constructions that require strict standards for high performance and maximum safety.


• Frame width 77 mm • High thermal insulation value Uf ≥ 0.84 W/m²K by using special 40 mm anti-distortion polyamides in the frame and sash profiles for avoiding the “banana effect” due to high temperature differences between indoors and outdoors, PE insulation foam, kooltherm bars and central gasket that consists of a combination of EPDM and foaming material.



M20650 is an insulated opening aluminium system which can combine both with European groove or PVC groove hardware. The basic feature of this system is that the outer frame completely covers the sash frame of the window, thus concealing it (“block window”)


•   Basic depth of system 62.5 mm •   Its unique design offers very good value for money ratio, as well as a small visible aluminium surface in harmony with the modern architectural trends •   Sufficient thermal break zone is achieved with a glass reinforced polyamide of 24mm in the frame and also thanks to extra durable PVC double extruded glazing bead which blocks the heat transmittance. •   Appropriate distance of 5 mm between the sash and the frame for continuous application of sealing gaskets even behind the hinges •   Glass thickness up to 24 mm and sash weight up to 130kg. 



M15000 is a Tilt & Turn system which can meet various needs thanks to a wide range of profiles for windows and doors with the following characteristics:

Basic system depth 50 mm. Glass thickness up to 47 mm and sash weight up to 180 kg. Robust & flexible system that can support all the potential typologies of doors, windows & pivot windows. Special profiles available for main entrances, smoke proof doors and panic doors. The system supports concealed sash typologies. Various designs (e.g. flat, curved, classic). Flexibility as either European groove or Euronut groove hardware can be applied. Certified performance by IFT Rosenheim Institute. 



S67  is the new complete Tilt & Turn system of ALUMIL, which combines outstanding thermal insulation performances along with high construction flexibility and exceptional design. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 

 Basic system depth 67 mm. / High Thermal insulation with Uw=1,45 W/m2K / Visible aluminium face width of only 93mm. / Available in various designs: flat & curved. / Max. glass thickness up to 58 mm and weight per sash up to 180 Kg (with conceladed hinges). / 3 levels of watertightness with EPDM gaskets. / Higher waterproofing level.
